Are You Using the Right Icon?

The new icon is labeled LnS Secure92, and only it will work as of May 31.

Did You Remember to ALLCAPS Your Login Name?

Your login name must be typed in ALL CAPS, so if your login name was jdoe,
type your login name JDOE

Forgetting this is the most common mistake people make attempting to logon.

Do You Have Caps Lock On? You should turn them off to enter your password.

User names must be in ALL CAPS, so GSMITH, not gsmith

Passwords are now case sensitive, so if your password is  B123a5d,  neither B123A5D nor b123a5d will work.
You must match the capitalization of your password exactly.
