During a Call:

  Dial the extension  or  9  + the outside number.
  Announce the call.
  Select ( checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "CONFERENCE".
To Reconnect When Party Is Not Joining:
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "RELEASE & RETURN".
 
Consultation
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "CONSULT".
  Dial the extension  or  9  + the outside number.
To Consult Privately with Each Party:
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "TOGGLE/CONNECT".
To Release a Party:
   Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "RELEASE & RETURN".
 
 
 
Call Forwarding
  Press MAIN MENU key.
  Scroll ( > )  &  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "MORE FEATURES".
  Scroll ( > )  &  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "CALL FORWARDING".
  Dial the extension.
To Cancel Forwarding:
   Press MAIN MENU key.
  Scroll ( > )  &  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "VIEW ACTIVE FEATURES".
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "CALL FWD OFF".
 
Do Not Disturb (DND)
  Press DND.
To Cancel:
  Press DND.
 
Hold
  Press HOLD.
To Return to Caller:
  Press blinking line.
 
System Hold
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "TRANSFER".
  Press  *  8.
  Enter (0 - 9).
To Retrieve:
  Get dial tone.
  Press  *  8.
  Enter  (0 - 9).
 
Park Call
   Scroll ( > )  &  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "PARK CALL".
  Dial the extension where you want to park the call.
  Hang up.
To Retrieve:
  Press flashing line key  OR:
   Get dial tone, then
  Press  *  3  + Extension where call is holding.
 
Direct Pickup
   Press PICK or get dial tone.
  Press  *  3.
  Enter the extension that is ringing OR
  Where call is holding.
 

 

 
  Redial Last Number
  Get dial tone, then Press  *  *  4.
  OR
  Press MAIN MENU key.

Redial Saved Number
Once the Number Has Been Dialed:

  OR, Press the Saved Number Redial (SAV/RDL) KEY
  OR, While the call is ringing, Dial  #  4.
To Redial Your Saved Number:
  Press MAIN MENU key.

To Program:

  "CHANGE DESTINATION".

  "STATION SPEED DIAL".
  Enter Index Number (00 - 29),
  "Enter New Number" will Display.
  Enter  9  + Number.
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "SAVE".
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "EXIT".
To Use:
  Select (checkcrm.jpg (1151 bytes)) "SPEED DIAL".

  Enter 2-Digit Index Code.
 
Transfer
During a Call:

  Dial the extension  number.
  Announce the call.

To Return to Original Caller:

Ring/Tone Volume
To Program:
  Press MAIN MENU Key.
